If you like salmon, try our smoked salmon blinis over the festive season:
To make 12 blinis
- 12 ready made blinis
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- 12 thin slices of cucumber, cut into small pieces
- 40g cream cheese
- Half a lemon
- Optional 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
Method
- Spread the cream cheese thinly over each blini and top with a cucumber slice and piece of smoked salmon
- Finish with a good grind of black pepper, a squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkle of the dill (if using)
Instead of the cream cheese, you can swap this out for a spread of the beetroot hummus!
