Smoked Salmon Blinis

If you like salmon, try our smoked salmon blinis over the festive season:

 

To make 12 blinis

  • 12 ready made blinis
  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • 12 thin slices of cucumber, cut into small pieces
  • 40g cream cheese
  • Half a lemon
  • Optional 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill

 

Method

  • Spread the cream cheese thinly over each blini and top with a cucumber slice and piece of smoked salmon
  • Finish with a good grind of black pepper, a squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkle of the dill (if using) 

Instead of the cream cheese, you can swap this out for a spread of the beetroot hummus!
