Berry Nut Porridge

For a comforting warm bowl of oats to start the day, try our berry nut porridge!

 

For one serving

  • 40-50g oats
  • 30g walnuts or other nuts you enjoy
  • 150-200ml milk or plant based alternative
  • 150g fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

 

Method

  • Add the oats, milk & chia seeds to a microwavable bowl. If you are using frozen berries, add these too
  • Mix everything together and place in the microwave for 1.45-2 minutes
  • Mix once done and top with the walnuts & fresh berries
