For a comforting warm bowl of oats to start the day, try our berry nut porridge!
For one serving
- 40-50g oats
- 30g walnuts or other nuts you enjoy
- 150-200ml milk or plant based alternative
- 150g fresh or frozen mixed berries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Method
- Add the oats, milk & chia seeds to a microwavable bowl. If you are using frozen berries, add these too
- Mix everything together and place in the microwave for 1.45-2 minutes
- Mix once done and top with the walnuts & fresh berries
