Terms and Conditions: Save My Exams Scholarship

Please read this webpage for the General Terms and Conditions for the Save My Exams scholarship.

Save My Exams reserves the right to withdraw your scholarship if you are subsequently found to be ineligible or if these terms and conditions are not adhered to. Save My Exams also reserves the right to amend its scholarship provision without notice at any time

Eligibility criteria 

• Demonstrates commitment to academic achievement and progress

• Faces financial barriers to purchasing a Save My Exams subscription

• You will not be eligible to reapply if you have a current Save My Exams scholarship

Scholarship Obligations

• Upon submitting your application, you must accept the terms and conditions for the scholarship

• Applications not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or applications which are delayed, duplicated, incomplete, illegible, mislaid or lost through technical problems will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for such entries

• It is your responsibility to ensure you read and understand the eligibility criteria and submit your application appropriately, on time and following the application requirements as indicated on the Save My Exams scholarship page

• Winners will be required to provide Save My Exams with their predicted grade and current working grade, as well as their end grade 

• Scholar may be required to take part in interviews for research purposes over the course of the year

• The aim of this is to support the ongoing development of the Save My Exams learning platform

• Scholar will agree to complete targeted surveys for Save My Exams research purposes

• You will be required to act as a brand ambassador by sharing your positive experiences of Save My Exams in your educational community

• Scholar’s site usage will be tracked

Termination

• You must inform us at [email protected] if you withdraw from your programme of study; or if you wish to exit the scholarship prematurely

• Save My Exams reserves the right to cancel the scholarship at any time for any reason that is out of Save My Exams’s control

• Save My Exams may remove the Scholarship immediately in the event that we are of the reasonable opinion that you have made any misrepresentation (whether negligently or intentionally) to us either in respect of applying for the scholarship or  

• We are of the reasonable opinion that you have acted fraudulently or dishonestly in connection with securing your scholarship

• Save My Exams retain the right to withdraw the scholarship at any point if the scholar does not meet the Scholarship Obligations as listed 

• This membership is for one individual only, and access must be limited as such, therefore the number of devices that the scholar can use with their membership will be limited. The scholarship will be terminated immediately if the scholar is found to be in breach of this and sharing the Save My Exams account

General

• Scholarship winners will be able to access the full paid offering for every subject and course 

• You must agree to comply with Save My Exams standard Terms and Conditions and privacy policy available at https://www.savemyexams.com/terms/  

• You must start from the date the scholarship account has been set up and cannot be deferred to a later date*

• There is no cash alternative to the Scholarship award and awards are not transferable.

• Should you leave your course due to unavoidable circumstances outside of your control, your scholarship will be cancelled immediately

* Any winner with an active Save My exams Subscription, will be given access to their scholarship account from the end of their current subscription term.

Key Dates and Selection Process

Application process

• You must first fill in the application form at the bottom of the Save My Exams Scholarship page 

• Please ensure that you read the Terms & Conditions before applying

• In the case of an unsuccessful application, you may resubmit your application to be eligible for the next month’s scholarship draw
  
  Selection process

• Save My Exams will review all applications to ensure the applicants meet the eligibility criteria

• Ten scholarship winners will then be selected within the first week of each month

• Scholarships will be announced to the same email you used in your scholarship application form within the first week of every month

Receipt of the scholarship

• Winners will receive an email from [email protected] with instructions on how to accept your scholarship and set your password

• If you are selected as a winner, you must accept the scholarship within 6 days of us reaching out. You can do this by replying to the 'winners' email sent by the Save My Exams Scholarship Team

• Failure to do this will result in the grant being reassigned to another student
