How to view your current account details and subscriptions

After logging into your Save My Exams Account, go to the ‘My Account’ section on the top right of the page, then select ‘Settings’.

In the ‘Account details' section, you will be able to change your password.

When you select ‘Membership & Billing’ you will see your subscription type, billing details and past payments.

There is also the option to update your billing address if necessary.

Auto-renewals

By default, Save My Exams subscriptions are set to automatically renew to ensure that there is no disruption to your studying.

If you subscribed during a promotion, used a coupon code or received a discount, your subscription will automatically renew for the full price of the subscription at the end of your plan.

Please note - if your payment fails, we try taking the payment 4 more times, and then if these fail, your subscription is cancelled.

How to cancel your auto-renewal if your payment was made via debit or credit card

Go to: My Account > Settings > Membership & Billing and click Cancel. Your account will change to ‘active - cancelled (will not renew)’, which means your membership will no longer automatically renew.

You’ll keep full access until the end of your current membership term, at which point your membership will end.

If you change your mind, you can turn on automatic renewal by clicking ‘reactivate subscription’ via the Membership & Billing section of 'My Account'.

Please note if you click cancel twice, this will change your subscription status to 'cancelled'  and this will end your subscription immediately with no further access.

If you are unable to do so or experience some problems in the process, please send an email to [email protected] with your Save My Exams email address included so that we can look into this further for you.

How to cancel your auto-renewal if your Payment was made via Paypal

Please log into your Paypal account and cancel via the direct debit section in your PayPal account. You will not be able to cancel the auto-renewal in your Save My Exams account.

If you are unable to do so or experience some problems in the process, please send an email to [email protected] with your Paypal email address included so that we can look into this further for you.
