Requirements for Top UK Universities

University of Cambridge GCSE Requirements 

The University of Cambridge doesn’t require specific GCSE courses for entry. However, the university does consider strong GCSE grades, particularly in relevant subjects like sciences and maths. GCSE results are used as an indicator of an applicant’s overall academic ability.

Queen’s University, Belfast GCSE Requirements

At Queen’s University, Belfast, students will need at least 6 GCSEs for acceptance into the Pharmacy degree program. GCSEs must be completed at grades A* -C, with five of the grades being a B grade or above. Students should complete GCSE English Language at a grade C, and GCSE Biology and Maths are strongly recommended for entry into the programme.

University of Edinburgh GCSE Requirements 

To attend the University of Edinburgh for any academic programme, students must complete GCSE English (C/4) and Maths (B/6 or higher). For other programs, such as a pharmacy-related degree, students may also require GCSEs in sciences like Chemistry and Biology at higher grades.
