Population Density & Distribution (Cambridge (CIE) IGCSE Geography)

Calculate the population density of Egypt. You should include your calculations and give your answer to the nearest whole number. 

Many parts of Australia are hot deserts, as shown in Fig. 1.2 (below). Explain why areas like those shown in Fig. 1.2 have a low population density.
