You will be expected to identify the following structures in the leaf of a dicotyledonous plant:
Chloroplasts
Cuticle
Guard cells
Stomata
Upper and lower epidermis
Palisade mesophyll
Spongy mesophyll
Air spaces
Vascular bundles (xylem and phloem)
