AAS stands for "Angle-Angle-Side" and is a rule used in geometry, specifically in the study of triangles within the GCSE Maths course.
Two triangles are congruent when they are identical in shape and size.
The AAS rule states that two triangles are congruent if two angles and the non-included side of one triangle are equal to two angles and the corresponding non-included side of another triangle.
