Sense Organs

  • Sense organs are groups of receptor cells which respond to specific stimuli such as light, sound, touch, temperature and chemicals (e.g. smell and taste)

    • Receptor cells are groups of specialised cells

    • They detect a change in the environment and stimulate electrical impulses in response
