What is the structure of Paper 3?

Overview

• Paper 3 consists of one section with questions that may relate to any part of the higher level syllabus

• Questions are based on a series of resources about a social enterprise

• You must complete three questions that follow a standard pattern

  • Question 1

    • This question is worth 2 marks

    • It requires you to use theory to describe a need that the social enterprise fulfils for a specific stakeholder

  • Question 2

    • This question is worth 6 marks

    • It requires you to give an explanation of specific challenges the social enterprise faces

  • Question 3

    • This question is worth 17 marks

    • It requires you to recommend a possible plan of action for the social enterprise, typically over the next five years
