About

  • Natasha has been at Save My Exams since 2024 as a history content creator. Prior to this, Natasha was a history teacher for 10 years, teaching thousands of students across KS3, GCSE and A level.

  • Throughout her teaching career, Natasha has taught a range of courses from a variety of exam boards which include AQA, OCR, WJEC and Edexcel. As an exam marker for AQA History, Natasha’s main expertise is within this syllabus.

  • Beyond her classroom duties, Natasha’s extensive experience as an educator encompasses various roles, including that of a Teaching and Learning advisor. In this capacity, Natasha collaborated closely with other teachers to enhance teaching methods and student learning; Natasha provided personalised support to teachers, helped implement innovative strategies and fostered inclusive learning environments.

  • Natasha’s passion and enthusiasm for History are deeply rooted in its ability to explain and reveal the complexities of the modern world. Natasha has enjoyed learning about history, whether through exploring historical sites or through reading historical books; Natasha channels this passion into her teaching, aiming to instil in students the same love for History that has fuelled her own curiosity.

Education

  • Natasha graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in 2013 with a BA in Modern World History.

  • In 2014, Natasha graduated from Keele University with a PGCE in Secondary Education.

Expertise

  • Natasha has experience of teaching History at KS3 and A level, her specialism lies within GCSE history. Her expertise on Modern World History, particularly American History.
